It’s too easy – just pay attention to the three ‘secrets’ we will reveal here.
1. Appropriate cares
Female breast requires a particularly special care. Today there is a plenty of specialized cosmetics which, if used regularly, tightens the skin and makes it smoother. However, there are some ‘home’ methods that can help you improve the attractiveness of your breast.
Compresses:
Prepare infusion from 60g thyme and 30g rosemary. Leave it cool down, strain it and then use it as a compress on your breast. After 10-15 minutes remove the compress and rinse your breast out with cool water.
Mix 100g cream, 2 spoonfuls olive oil and an egg. Spread the mixture on your breast and leave it there for 20 minutes. In the end wash it with cool water.
When in the bathroom, don’t forget that the breast doesn’t like hot water. Use only cool water – this will add extra tonus to the muscles of your breast. The washing of your breast should be performed with gentle movements from the basis to the upper part.
Don’t forget to use pilling for breast. It should be spread with gentle movements which don’t exert pressure. This procedure removes the dead cells, improves the blood circulation and energizes the mammae.
Moisten and feed up the skin of your breast with the help of special balsams, lotions and creams.
2. Massage
The special massage has an important role in the keeping of your breast in perfect condition. Not only the most effective but also the most accessible massage for the breast is the hydro massage. Every time before you come out of the bathroom, pay maximal attention to your breast. It is enough to make 10 movements with a strong water stream on every breast – start from the basis to the upper part and from inside to outside.
You can also take a contrast shower. Make several circular movements clockwise with a stream with room temperature, then repeat the procedure with cold water and counter-clockwise.
The same effect would have the contrast compresses:
Prepare two towels and two glasses – with cold and with hot water. Wet the one towel with the hot water and the other – with cold, and then lay them consecutively on your breast. Finish the procedure with a cold towel.
You can make a strengthening massage on your breast with the help of nourishing cream or special lotions – just spread them on your breast with massaging circular movements.
Massaging oil for breasts:
Mix oils of avocado, jojoba and olive oil (for instance, 50g of each). You may add some briar oil. The oil of avocado softens the skin; the olive oil has an anti-age effect, the jojoba regenerates the skin cells, and the briar avoids the dropping of the breast.
3. Breast Fitness
The special physical exercises are one of the most effective ways to shape your breast in the ideal form. Don’t forget that the complex of exercises for strengthening of the breast muscle should be performed regularly – for example, every morning. Otherwise, you will have to wait the desired effect for a long time. It is good to go to the fitness – there you could have individual training program and use the variety of training technique with the help of the instructors.
4. A Diet
It is believed that the right diet is a guarantee of beauty and health. This is valid to a great extent for the breast. In order to keep your breast tightened and attractive, you should feed in a balanced way. This means that in your daily menu there should be proteins as well as fats and carbohydrates.
